GENERAL TERMS

• Benefits are activated at the time of your first booking or usage.

• Your first booking must be made within 18 months from the official opening of the retreat center.

• Once activated, benefits are valid for 3 years from the first booking.

• You will receive an official receipt from Sattva Tuscany APS.

• Contributions are non-refundable, but transferable with written notice.

• Benefits are not redeemable for cash and are only valid within the retreat center.

Booking & Availability

• Stays and retreat participation must be booked at least 6 months in advance.

• Accommodation in private single rooms is subject to availability.

• High-demand periods may be excluded or limited.

• All benefits must be booked within 30 months and redeemed within 3 years.

What’s Included (and Not)

• Benefits apply only to in-house retreats by Sattva Tuscany and cannot be transferred to others.

• Guest teacher and private group events are not included.

• Meals during retreats and regenerative stays are included unless noted.

• Transportation, treatments, and extra services are not included.

Gifting & Transfers

• Gifted benefits must be requested 6 months in advance with recipient details.

Use of the Center

• Supporters are asked to align with conscious participation and shared values.

• Sattva Tuscany is not liable for personal travel issues or unforeseen circumstances.
